Login is not working
Got a new phone and redownloaded the app, but it says my login credentials are incorrect… they aren’t because I copied the login info from my password manager which are up to date. The auth system is broken, please fix it.

The app is filled with bugs and hardly works. There is times where it does not work at all.
The only feature that works on this app is the bar code that is scanned to enter the Well. However, my wife can’t even download the app because she has a current version of Android, so she has to check in at the front desk everyday. The uselessness and lack of updates are unacceptable for what our memberships cost. Such a shame.
bro fix the app it’s 2023 and i can’t even login. i don’t receive any emails when i click forget my password.
this app is trash, it’s literally IMPOSSIBLE to login in now. i had forgotten my password and used the “forgot password” option to get my reset password to change it but the email never came to me. i went up to the service desk two times and was given two different passwords but they still didn’t work, man i even copied and paste it and it still had said “invalid username/password”. the service desk people didn’t know what else to do, so all they told me was to keep trying until it goes through. ofc i did tried some times but still no email given to me, not even the next day it still wasn’t there. note that the attachment in the email says “the email may be delayed, please wait 2-4 minutes for the email to come with the password reset”…lol that’s a lie. and even if it does come it’s still a waste of time and effort bc the given reset password NEVER works. so no more scanning in with the barcode, now i will have to go up to the desk and tell them my student ID number everytime i go up in the well until this app becomes more convenient with its issues resolved. not a happy hornet with this one chief 🫠
I make my account, can’t even log in right after. I check my CSUS email to see my credentials and I’m typing everything in letter for letter capital for capital, no mistakes. Yet I can’t get in. How on Earth am I paying exorbitant amounts of money to attend CSUS yet I have to download a pointless app to access the gym. (why can’t I just flash my OneCard to the service desk to get in????) Insane to me that this app has 140+ reviews averaging 1 star and something as simple as the log in screen doesn’t work, yet the faculty/administration/the failing CS student can’t figure out to fix this brain dead simple problem. SMH my head!!!!
Can’t make a reservation
Tried to change my password and the password it sends to my sac state email said it’s invalid. Even had the front desk at the well try and they couldn’t log me in the app. Just gonna have to use my physical student ID every time. Fix this asap!!!
Funny to see how all the complaints about this app are still valid after a year. At least you can still manually check in at the Well if you bring your ID card.
Since this is the only way to go to the gym, my $19 a month gym membership is going to waste. won’t let me login or reset my password!
