I wish I could give a negative rating! This app defeats the purpose of convenience. The options looks clumsy. The biggest issue is that using this app you cannot find the latest update of your health check appointments. Its been over 1 month that my sample was collected, still there has been no update on the app. I reached out to the support team to upload the reports on the app so that I can access it via the app itself. It hasn’t been done till date. I will rather delete this app if this is not giving me ease of access to my reports. What a waste.. simply occupying my phone storage.
Worst help & support
I purchased a product from this application and somehow the products was defective. They now are saying the same process to work which i have already done three to four times and still haven’t received any solution.
No person from the help centre is helping out they are strictly sending the automated messages after explaining the whole scenario.
Frequent updates
Everything looks good on the app except the frequent updates they provide! It’s annoying at times!
Worst service ever
I had opted for health check service, 1 day before they informed me service is not available at my place but they will reschedule the sample collection but did not told exact date, next day night around 9, I got a call and he told he will be coming tomorrow for sample collection. After collecting sample it’s 4 day and still I didn’t got any information about report. There is no option to escalate the issue as well.
Worst product , I just lost my 5k rewards
No doctor option for people on south Kolkata and the worst part is they had a menu for eye checkup but it’s doesn’t work . Total scam
Worst app with no customer support
I got my test done 48hrs back and no reports are recieved yet no notification. In the tracking even though my sample was taken 2 days back it shows only “ partner assigned”. Customer support doesn’t work. Have been tryin to reach out to ask for my reports through chat but noone is replying.
Difficult to book consultation appointments
Not a useful app for booking consultation appointments.
Issue with time change in food details
Whenever i add food in the calories eaten and click on the time clock, the app got crashed. It shows only white scree nothing else. Need to restart the app to perform any further action.
Poor Customer service
Hi,
I haven’t received report after 4 days of sample collection and the customer service is very poor. They are giving false timelines.
Worst application ever
Everyday the app gets updated and still throws “ something went wrong” prompts when opened.
Disappointing interface and most of the medicines are not listed in pharmacy .
I wonder why has this application been created in the first place. Very disappointing experience
