Currently the account subscriber web site also appears to be down. Massive waste of energy. Issues cannot be downloaded because there is no log in for Apple in-app purchases. You can “restore” your subscription as many times as you want (the only support provided for downloading issues) but it doesn’t work. Neither Condé Nast nor Apple were able to help. The app is significantly flawed and there seems no way to “fix” it.
