Binaural beats, music and naturescapes - Scientifically curated binaural beats are proven to induce mood states by using sound frequency waves which combined with calming music-scapes with no highs, lows, lyrics or interruptions are having life-changing effects on Zensory users.

Touchpads - Our interactive touchpads enable you to turn your phone into a doodle pad so you can release your inner child and play! Research has shown that doodlers can outperform non-doodlers by having a creative outlet for their thoughts (Tadayon et al., 2016 -  So we have included doodle touchpads in the app to enable clear thinking and recalibration throughout the day.

Breathwork - Enjoy our expert led breathwork sessions to relax, reduce adrenaline and lower blood pressure proving to be phenomenal at helping you to get into your zone and then zone out.

Pressure Points  - We show you which points in your body you can activate if you’re wanting a boost of much needed focus, energy or relaxation. Acupressure acts as a bodywork technique based on the ideas of acupuncture and has been shown to increase energy, relaxation and stimulate greater focus.

I recently tried this app for the first time and was blown away!!

I had some ritual to learn and perform for my “lodge.” It was about two pages of A4, 700 words approx. It had to be perfect. I’ve always found difficult as I struggle with reading at the best of times having missed much of my early schooldays…

I used the app to help me focus and to relax. The words seems to “go in” much easier this time. I can’t explain it any better than that.

Anyway, on the night I was word perfect, the intonation and delivery was spot on and unusually, I got a round of applause!

The app gave me the edge by taking anyway any pressure or anxiety and simply let me focus on what I needed to do.
