I really appreciate the platform and face value resale prices. Currently you can set notifications by show. Would love to be able to set notifications by date AND show as I’m not local but travel to NYC many times per year for shows. I would settle for just date notifications too! Love the app. Thank you. -- MissAllieB, 2025-05-16 ### **--- "Too many bots" Concept is good but the app definitely has bots buying up the deals as soon as they come up. To optimize for real clients they should work on a way to slow bots purchasing tickets -- LPerc, 2025-05-14 ### ****- "inconvenient updates" this app needs to “update” WAY too frequently. for an app that thrives on users opening notifications and purchasing tickets with speed, getting a notification that will force me to leave the app 1/10th of the time really adds up and is frustrating. just had to voice that complaint because it’s really getting old, but other than that I love this platform. -- dnfnekskclkdsk, 2025-05-08 ### ***** "Love, love, love this app! Small suggestion for improvement…" This app is fantastic! I have sold several tickets here when last minute changes came up in our plans. I have told so many people about this app! One small suggestion-I would love to have the option to keep the funds from tickets I’ve sold using the app in my Theatr account to use towards future ticket purchases myself. -- Nycvlf, 2025-05-05 ### ***-- "Hard time Canceling" They have this policy for in person tickets where the seller can block your cancellation even though they haven’t given you the tickets. They can mark that they gave them to you when they didn’t and then you are at their mercy about whether THEY will allow you to cancel or not. -- The Ray Beverly 30, 2025-05-02 ### ***** "Fabulous!" This is a terrific app. Have both bought and sold with ease! Making tix available and affordable is such a great service. Also i especially want to say their customer support is excellent. I had a seller who said she transferred the ticket but did not. And then ghosted me. I emailed support, and the lovely Lila jumped right on it and made it work. Five stars for the app, and ten stars for Lila!! -- jbbbbbbbbbbb1239, 2025-04-27 ### ***** "Recommend" Trust worthy -- Oyster 88, 2025-04-24 ### ***** "Must have" If you live in NY and like Broadway, this app is required. Best deals and better to browse than social media -- Moxie The City, 2025-04-16 ### ***** "Amazing app" This is the best thing ever -- Natcatttttt, 2025-04-16 ### ****- "Headed to my first Theatr app SHOW!" I love this app! Just bought my first ticket seamlessly. However, I would love to see a seating chart for each venue, whether it be Broadway, plays or concert, etc.. -- Very Gerry NYC, 2025-04-02 [View all Theatr - Buy/Sell Last reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Theatr -
