### *---- "Als Creator wird man im Stich gelassen!"
Leider absolut enttäuschende Erfahrung mit TheAxess.
Die App wirkt technisch unausgereift und bei Problemen wird man vom Support komplett alleine gelassen. Ich hatte wegen eines technischen Fehlers ein Ticket erstellt, wodurch ich eine Kooperation nicht rechtzeitig hochladen konnte. Trotz gemeldetem Problem kam keinerlei hilfreiche Reaktion vom Support. Statt Unterstützung gab es direkt einen Strike.

Besonders unprofessionell finde ich die Kommunikation: Nachrichten werden ignoriert, Rückmeldungen kommen gar nicht oder erst nach mehrfacher Nachfrage. Am Ende wurde mein Account ohne nachvollziehbare Lösung gesperrt mit der Aussage, „das habe der Chef so entschieden“.

Zusätzlich wurde ich auf Instagram blockiert, statt das Problem vernünftig zu klären. Für eine Plattform, die mit Creator-Kooperationen arbeitet, ist so ein Umgang mit Nutzern wirklich enttäuschend.

Mein Eindruck: wenig kundenorientiert, schlechter Support und sehr unprofessionelles Verhalten. Ich würde die Plattform daher nicht weiterempfehlen.

Nutze THEAXES jetzt seit ner Weile und bin echt positiv überrascht. Gerade als Business Owner ist es mega hilfreich, weil man easy mit Influencern connecten kann und dadurch quasi kostenloses Marketing bekommt. Spart Zeit, bringt Reichweite und ist super einfach zu bedienen. Genau das, was man braucht. 👍

Wurde von denen auf Instagram eingeladen die App zu benutzen, wurde richtig gut beworben. Habe mir die App runtergeladen und mich registriert aber seitdem lädt gar nichts mehr auf der App. Ich kann nichts Erd mir wird auch sonst nichts angezeigt. Also keine Ahnung, ob die App noch Entwicklung ist oder ob das so das fertige Ergebnis ist keine Ahnung, ob die anderen die die App Review haben die App überhaupt mal geöffnet haben
