Saat checkout barang berstatus ready, tapi tiba2 pas difollow up tanggal 23 Juli 2024 barang berubah status jadi PO dengan pengadaan 5-6 minggu. OBVIOUSLY NGGAK BALIK DANANYA KE SAYA SAMPE SEKARANG! SAMPE.SEKARANG. TNGGAL 4 MARET 2025! Udah follow up terus tiap minggu bilangnya itu2 terus “masih menunggu antrian dari finance kak. Please improve your service." Saya order barang dan langsung bayar saat itu juga. Status pembayaran di aplikasi tidak terupdate sampai besok pagi padahal sudah sesuai nominal dan kode unik. CS NO RESPONSE semua, web chat CS doesn’t work and they don’t even have a call center for customer’s complaint. If you are committed untuk pindah platform ke aplikasi, please at least make sure system dari aplikasi sudah settled karena so far the current app is not functioning properly. Also please improve your CS, customer bingung mau complaint kemana kalo kayak gini. Thank you. -- dhyyyz, 2025-02-07 ### *---- "Penipuan?" Ini penipuan apa gmana ya?
