TheFork app offered 50% discount to visit the restaurant, but it was a mistake in app. Restaurant charged the full amount. When I contacted the customer support they just sent the standard templates and closed the ticket. I had a video proof how I have made a reservation with 50% discount, but they didn’t want to check. Not really serious for the company who are trying to increase the audience.

My first time I used this app was in Portugal in Porto. We saved 30% in a good restaurant, just having booked table for 30 minutes in advance. The only thing is that not all restaurants are here
I made a booking but restaurant doesn’t receive it I show them screen with confirmation, also seems they don't know what offer is included.
