I paid for a yearly subscription and I tried contacting the link which leads me to an external link that doesn’t work. On top of that I emailed the customer support they said to email and have not received a response. I’m afraid I’ll get charged again for it yearly and have no way of cancelling the subscription or getting a refund because apple doesn’t recognize it as an in app purchase. It’s so frustrating. DO NOT PAY or download this. At this point, I have no idea if this is a scam.

i like that i can take a picture of my meal and it calculates the macros for me.  or i can describe my food and it pops out my macros with almost 100% accuracy from what’s on the label.  sometimes the pictures do not match the exercise that they give, ie, tells you to face the machine and the lady in the picture is not facing the machine.  Biggest problem for me on this app (not sure if it’s just a me problem) is I am unable to adjust my weight.  there is a section for you to calculate your weight every week.  when i try, it freezes up on me and i have to completely get out of the app and go back in.

The photos part to scan your body doesn’t work well, it doesn’t have a timer or a way to take the pictures or video. I have not been able to log in my new weight at it crashes or just freeze the app. Please fix this issue, as I paid for a functional app that helps me to achieve my goals.
