I have been using The Lorry for quite sometime. Initially they are really good, but recently, i am getting more and more delay from the lorry i ordered. Everytime the lorry driver told me all the excuses of traffic issue and all that, but the thing is i could be there early, then why cant they?

Also, the customer service is not responsive. When i have problem need to seek for their help, they call never reply. Really headache with this kind of service

I really had an awful experience using this service. After they confirmed assigning me a mover, a night before changed movers twice and the previous mover started calling me personally to make a deal with him outside the app. Huge confusion in the process figuring out who is the confirmed mover. Spent RM1.3k for moving out service supposed to get 3 man instead arrived was 1 men and 1 woman that did a horrible job moving after arriving 40mins after the scheduled time. They only behaved like they wanted to complete the job quickly and not take care about my furniture. Barely cling wrapped my bed and dragged it on the floor only dirtying and damaging my bed frames. Entire process there’s no proper customer service channels. Wasted so much money on a bad service might as well used someone cheaper yet still achieving the same results. Really disappointed and unhappy, will not use the is anymore.

On 9/3/24, I engaged The Lorry to transport a bed and chest of drawer, but faced two issues. They arrived over 30 minutes late, and during the move, they damaged the leg of my chest of drawers, leaving a visible hole. Their solution was to reattach the leg elsewhere, which hardly qualifies as a repair. The staff seemed inexperienced, and when questioned about compensation for the damage, they dismissed the possibility since they had performed a makeshift fix. Their unwillingness to acknowledge responsibility is unprofessional. I advise caution when considering their services, as they appear to neglect the care and proper handling of client property.
