I use this app everyday and it has helped me become so much stronger than I used to be. The programs are organized well, and they keep you on track 👍 it can be challenging at first, but that’s the point right? I love the structure. Also, very versatile depending on your goals and strength level. Would 100% recommend to anyone who’s looming to improve their fitness gains! 💪 HeriaPro App is another good choice if you’re looking for an expansion of this one.

I use the free version and think it works well for the beginner calisthenics athlete. Once you progress to intermediate or advanced you may want to consider paying for it. 
I wish the app would rotate with my phone or tablet to be horizontal. Maybe in future updates the app developers will figure out how to rotate the app with the device.

This is my second review of this app (both 5-stars). I love the improvements on Thenx. If you have a pull up bar, especially an adjustable-height bar, this app is a must-have for body weight workouts. The format is perfect for going at your own pace, with reference to videos showing perfect form. This is my #1 fitness app for workout intensity and ease of use. Thank you. Love the app, keep up the great work!

I wish I could give this app 6 stars. I was using Heria for about a year, it was a good app but way too many bugs and a weird user interface as a whole. This app is basically the same thing but just so much better. The user interface is so easy, the pre-made programs are great, I kinda wish you could make your own programs/workouts like the Heria app, but that is such a trivial thing. I seriously doubt I will ever use another workout app, I’ve already recommended it to several friends and they seem to like it too
