Used to work fine until the update in December 2024. Now the app opens a web browser in app, no longer intuitive to use, and if you press the wrong icon you are stuck in an empty screen. What was the point of this update???

The app was already bad, and now supposedly the new update was meant to make it more user friendly but it’s actually worse. It doesn’t even load at all. Get a new app developer.

Most of the time, I’m unable to open it. It keeps downloading but never open the suggested page.
I have tried deleting the app, reloaded it several times and everything in vain. 
At other times, it will show that it’s getting opened in 2 screens and I need to delete it from one account so that I can open it up on my present screen. For that, I open my account, then delete the suggested screen which is my own mobile screen (quite a weird suggestion) and then again starting the Therapeutic Guidelines app. Then again, It keeps on showing the message of uploading the content but never opening the suggested page.
It’s been going on and on; and it seems like it’s never going to work. I had wasted so many hours for it to work. Such a waste of subscription.

White screen of death( as others call it) continues to infuriate. This app which is a vital resource needs a total upgrade. I pay good money every year for an app which is declining in value. Can’t seem to use offline either which should be available on both devices all the time.
