Using Therapie Clinic for years now. The App got recently updated, it’s MUCH better experience and feels like a modern day app. 10/10

Terrible login experience. Native apps should not log you out every time. Then there’s around five rounds captchas. Obstacle course. I’m just going to call in future, although would prefer not to have to do that. Yelling at the phone type of experience just to check or book an appointment lol. Please fix.

I don’t think they are as good as they say, each employee of there is different no standard practice. You will feel like you are going to different clinic in each appointment. I have used there services for laser hair removal, aligners and facials. I would recommend to send your money in local better clinic where they can promise something.

App constantly logs me out and as for Therapie themselves they are absolutely horrendous to deal with absolutely no compassion for a persons situation

Please be aware that this app does not work. Can’t select therapist, can’t reschedule appointment or make a payment. Not okay.

Even if you choose a therapist in the booking section, when the dates show up it’s for all therapists and you have to manually go through each appointment to find your usual therapist.

Entered my mobile number, checked the t&cs and waited for my activation code but no joy. No text received. Tried multiple times to resend but still nothing so unfortunately I can’t use the app!

Very easy app to use, I was able to organize my laser hair appointments no problem at all and it always has a reminder for when the next session is which is very handy. Big fan of the design and the speed of the app. Works perfectly for me.
