KEY FEATURES
• Your To-Dos
Your basic building block is the almighty To-Do—each a small step toward a great accomplishment. You can add notes, tag it, schedule it, and break it down into smaller steps.
• Your Projects
Create a Project for any big goal, then add the to-dos to reach it. Use headings to structure your list as you outline your plan. There’s also a place to jot down your notes, and a deadline to keep you on schedule.
• Your Areas
Create an Area for each sphere of your life, such as Work, Family, Finance, and so on. This keeps everything neatly organized, and helps you see the big picture as you set your plans in motion.
• Your Plan
Everything on your schedule is neatly laid out in the Today and Upcoming lists, which show your to-dos and calendar events. Each morning, see what you planned for Today and decide what you want to do. The rest is down to you :)

MORE THINGS TO LOVE
As you dive deeper, you’ll find Things packed with helpful features. Here are just a few:
• Reminders — set a time and Things will remind you.
• Repeaters — automatically repeat to-dos on a schedule you set.
• This Evening — a special place for your evening plans.
• Calendar integration — see your events and to-dos together.

• Markdown — structure & style your notes.
• And much more!

MADE FOR IPHONE
Things is tailored to the iPhone with deep system integrations as well. A great example is the Share extension, which allows you to create to-dos with content from other apps, such as a link to a website you want to get back to.
You can also enjoy a beautiful dark mode at sunset, connect your calendars, add a variety of widgets, create to-dos via Siri, import from Reminders—Things can do it all! There’s even Shortcuts integration if you want to automate your workflows.

MADE FOR APPLE WATCH
Things comes with a great app for Apple Watch. Just raise your wrist to glance at your Today list, mark to-dos complete as you go, and dictate new ones on the fly—all synced instantly with your iPhone, iPad, and Mac.

AWARD-WINNING DESIGN
Made in Stuttgart, with two Apple Design Awards to its name, Things is a fine example of German engineering: designed not only to look fantastic, but to be perfectly functional as well. Every detail is thoughtfully considered, then polished to perfection.
“It’s like the unicorn of productivity tools: deep enough for serious work, surprisingly easy to use, and gorgeous enough to enjoy staring at.”
—Apple

Amazing. The Cultured Code team is able to pack a lot of features while maintain the sleek and minimal look It can be as simple as I want. Or as complicated as needed. Kudos. Thanks. And thank you for not going the subscription route

Almost what I wanted

Things 3 is a great project and task managing app. I just like how it differentiates from Todoist and Ticktick, 40+ ringgit for the app is definitely worth it than 20 ringgit per month just to have reminders and more project… However there are still something that can be improve, or I wish they can do this. Which is to show my task in 2 rows if the title is too long. That would definitely make it looked more organised than right now. At least 2 row and let it be “…”. Thanks

Excellent App

Back to iOS because of things, user interface is clean and pretty, and able to convert tasks to project is wonderful!

I entered plenty of checklist items in To-do. Sadly these items are not searchable

Would be amazing if there’s an option to use as kanban style and view it in boards.

Overall UI are good designs and easy to use. However it crashed too often and need to restart the app. Wish you guys can look into this and fix it ASAP.

Stunning app with a major flaw

YellowRiver90 on

Malaysia

Overall, I do like the app Really like: the plus button Can improve: no snooze selection when clicking the notifications alert, have to go to the app to set up. Major flaw to me if not to everyone: the notification alert is too soft, I can’t notice the alert sound even when the photo is within 5 feets of distant. I constantly missed out important task. It is because of the major flaw of alert sound, I switch to other task app. Switch back to things 3 because of the plus button and drag & drop. Then the alert really can’t alert me, I switch to another app again. I wish I could love it more. Now I use it to store all important email link and file link (control+option+space bar) on my MacBook, It’s very good at that, instead of using it like a conventional task managers app for task management. One last thing, I appreciate that it has tag functionality but could be easier to use. Has lots of potential but hopefully to see the team can allow several alert sound to choose.

I really like it

Cannot Add Attachments

D-actioneers on

Malaysia

No attachment features. So you cannot attach photos to my task which is a critical feature to my GTD workflow. Otherwise, this would be a great app.

Almost perfect

This system works really well for me, but it could really use a location based reminder feature for things like shopping lists. It will make a huge difference to forgetful people like myself... Please consider implementing it.
