Been using it for YEARS and it has never improved. -- Stephf1976, 2024-05-29 ### *---- "App never works" Same as last review with no response. Think security will be think I throw it out security. -- Think about another plan, 2024-04-10 ### *---- "App NEVER works!" This app always has issues. Never let’s me login. What’s the point of having remote access through my phone if it never works?! I’ll be ditching Think for one of their competitions. Good riddance! -- Ku555, 2024-02-20 ### *---- "Canceled ThinkProtection" Garbage app, login fails all the time, im not gonna continue to pay $20+ a month for an unusable alarm system. Might as well switch to Ring -- CptJackL, 2023-07-20 ### *---- "No longer working" The app no longer functions to arm or disarm the system. Pretty much the only thing it’s supposed to do :( -- 1000songss, 2022-09-28 ### *---- "App stopped working properly" Shows alarm unarmed when it actually is. Go downstairs and alarm goes off. Have disarm on keypad. -- borup_b, 2022-09-27 ### *---- "WORST APP EVER, USELESS" I think in 6 months I’ve been able to log in 3 times. I call customer service and they say “it works fine when I log in” … -- K&Cdobe, 2022-06-03 ### *---- "Garbage App" To many flaws total garbage “ can’t control climate now -- gaj1602, 2021-11-18 ### ****- "Works fine for me." Either they corrected the problems already or for some reason I’m not experiencing them. Good luck everyone. -- spitfire100, 2021-06-21 ### *---- "App Still In Development Stage" This is app is not fully developed. It’s worse than the previous. Didn’t the developers tested the app before releasing i? That’s so careless. I have deleted the app and returned to the old one. If there’s no change and am forced to use it, sorry I’ll find another service. -- Kikyboo, 2021-06-19 [View all Think Protection+ reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Think Protection+ Available In - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/think-protection-Zcff/canada) - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/think-protection-Zcff/united-states) - [Denmark](https://apptail.io/app/think-protection-Zcff/denmark) - [Norway](https://apptail.io/app/think-protection-Zcff/norway) - [Sweden](https://apptail.io/app/think-protection-Zcff/sweden) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
