The app has an intro video to make some visual aspects clear. Many audio guides for almost every daily activity and also some audios for musicians. The guides are easy to follow and get amazing results in the body and mind. I recommend the active rest, the computer guide and the sleeping position guide in particular. The free version is super helpful but I went ahead and got the paid version and I’m really with it.
