We are not covered under the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS).  As we are authorised and regulated by the FCA as an e-money institution, your money is held and protected using a combination of holding funds in accounts with Natwest, Lloyds Bank, Barclays and other authorised credit institutions, and an insurance policy is also maintained for the protection of customer funds.  We may receive interest on the money held and protected on your behalf.  The E-Money Regulations 2011 prevent us from paying interest to you on the money in your thinkmoney Current Account.  If we were to become insolvent, any customer money would be repaid after the insolvency practitioner’s costs for distributing any money owed to customers.

Always bugs. I can’t even add a payee - it just says “we can’t do this right now, call us and we can help you” I DON’T WANT TO CALL YOU!!!! App is not optimised well at all, the notch on my phone covers up parts of information, the text goes off of the screen. Just feels like a lazily developed app to tick a box
