Away on holiday to find they closed my account down this happens a year ago it was investigated and they apologise gave me new account this happened again while away on holiday left with no money no fuel to return home ! When I did return home there was a letter saying my account would be closed in seven days not much use when ur away for 14 days as to the reason my accounts close I was given no idea by the very unhelpful customer service so please be aware !since complains and asked for a reason that account was close still no response or answer from think money was customer for 4 years and droped for no reason -- chirkland, 2024-10-08 ### **--- "Disappointed" I opened an account as my partner has banked with think money for years and highly recommended them. It was advertised that think money have the Current account switch service which isn’t correct. They only provide this service if you’re swapping to another bank, not joining them which meant I had to manually swap all my direct debits. I raised a complaint and they agreed it was false advertisement. I received a small compensation sum but now the AI smart banking function doesn’t work in my app and hasn’t since opening the account. I have logged a compliant 4 times and still not received a call back as promised and no solution provided. These were the two reasons I opened an account with and neither have been successful.
