Very easy to use app, great meditation and yoga options. Thank you for this great app. This app has meditations of short, medium and long duration, which means you can mediate very quickly in your office during the day time. Or you can actually do long 25-30 minutes meditation in isolation. App also has mantra chanting and yoga, which I haven’t used much, but mantras are known for its powerful effects. This app also has some course, which again I haven’t explored, but I am sure they must be calming and good habit forming courses. The cost of all these features is very reasonable. Thanks to the team again.
