laggy and confusing
ThinkSpace is simply non-responsive after installation. I've checked that my system meets requirements. As it does, I'm lost to find a reason. I really want to try this out. I am fully prepared to think it's great... but it needs to function! I've written directly to the developer with system details. I hope I'll get a response that gets me going. I have 5-star hopes judging by feature descriptions and screen shots.
会员期间创建的所有画布都消失了也太离谱了吧 会员使用的时候也一直闪退👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
This app needs upgrade and no longer free
I do wish the pen tool had more function and the colors were easier to access/get custom colors, but overall I’m happy with it.
i loved the app.. it was very helpful and easy to use. i understand the only having two projects and if you want more you have to pay but. the “free trial” which i didn’t even know existed.. i thought this could be a free to use app but no. i can’t open the project. can’t even view it, everything i wrote down and organized.. i have to pay to see it..?? 🫤
I'm a busy person who expects that applications be intuitive, ready to use out of the box, with occasional recourse to documentation when exploring esoteric features. This application may be intuitive on the iPad, but it really isn't at all on the Mac. A long collection of icons, but no hints on mouse over to suggest what they are for. Couldn't figure out how to enter text, and the documentation is poor, as in there is no obvious place to look for the meaning of the icons. For thise who invested their time in figuring out the mysteries of this application, it may be great. For those who want to be productive quickly, look elsewhere and don't look back.
Every time that I upgrade or factory reset mi mac or if I replace it, all work done in this app get lost, they dont even can help with it, btw, I have been charched for a new account every time that it logged me in on a new account
The app, once loaded, asks for you to agree to their terms. When I looked at their privacy statement on the app store I was horrified. It doesn't allow you to cancel the "Agree" moment with their app. I had to Force Quit and then deleted. Horrible privacy issues with their policy. Edit: The developer's response shows that they are clearly out of touch with how most other apps handle privacy. The developer can not only see the data that you make with the app, but they can link it personally to you. This is HIGHLY unusual in the industry and is a stance that we need to be very wary of. Thank goodness apple requires some clarity on a developer's privacy policy.
You must agree not to break any criminal law (this is not resticted to use of their software, if you get a speeding ticket they can suspend you account and lock your data) and you can not be related to anyone they deem as unacceptable because they can suspend you account and lock-up your data. Futher more, all of your data is stored in their cloud service. If you request that they not look at your data, they say they will "think about it" - THere is also no way to "not agree to the terms" You must FORCE QUIT the application. I have never seen a company so "big brother-ish". They can keep the silly flow chart software.
