Broken app!

This app not working whatsoever and should be fixed! Construction to dashcam is impossible it’s not letting you.

Thinkware wifi update didn’t work

The update to fix the wifi issue messed it up so bad that the app wifi refuses to open to connect with camera. Tried turning phone off. Tired “forget this password”. Nothing works. Help

Garbage

Needs update but won’t keep connection to update Buy something worth your money. Oh not to mention the countless 1 minute videos you’ll have to go through to find anything.

Software Sucks

So I just bought a brand new Q1000 and I was trying to set it up and mount it on my car. And this app is not connected with my Q1000 dashcam. Software us useless

Not working

Not able to setup an app. Gets stuck on click of a Done button after selecting a region.

Works Fine

This brand is the standard for dashcams. It works well. Most of the negative reviews on here are from irate people who are using the wrong app for their device, did an incorrect install of the hardware (likely themselves). Or do not know how to use their hardware and the app. Get your dashcam installed by a professional and have them show you which app you need and how to use it.

Needs some basic features

Great camera, but the software. Went out for a short drive, bite to eat. Camera creates 1 minute files, so i have about 60 files from my outing. What’s missing? NO Thumbnails. So you have to weed thru 60 files. NO All Download to device(i.e. iphone photos app). So if i want my 60 files on my iphone photo app(which has thumbnails), i need to download photos 1 at a time, 60 times! From the app to the phone. You can select all to delete, you can select all to play, but for downloading its one at a time. Wouldn’t be a big deal if it was just a few files, but the device records in 1 minute segments which means a massive number of files can be created. Basically you have to pop the micro sd card, put it in its cradle and take it to a computer to get at your data. Oh i forgot one step. To get the data from the cam to the app, took 35minutes of wifi downloading(iphone 13pro, sitting 12 inches away from the cam on the car dashboard). After that step then you do the download 1 file at a time for each of the 60 files. Utter madness.

Works great and user friendly

There are no issues with this app and i have always been a fan of Thinkware. Some people are not using the right app as theres thinkware cloud and thinkware dash cam link and you have to read about each app to see which supports your dash cam before writing bad reviews.

F200 not supported

Come on thinkware! You’re a “Genuine Ford Accessory” and I my camera (F200) isn’t supported? It’s listed as being the camera supported and I can’t change any settings because of this. Fix asap please.
