Apple Notes:
The app utilizes Location Services to record the location of your Remote Plus when you add it to your account and also when you ring it.

Been using this app with their smart switch for years without incident, but now it’s suddenly asking for an email and password! After a few pw guesses, I  submitted a request to reset the password in the app. No email response. Nothing. Now it’s completely bricked and useless! Very disappointed!

Why is literally all the text italicized? The UI is terrible, adding an email DOES NOT WORK, and the whole thing is finicky. How is this a real company? I’m stuck using their smart button because no one else will make a dang universal smart home button.

Bought a Third Reality zigbee motion sensor that should work with my zigbee hub. App instructions say to connect a smart speaker, but instructions are unclear and there’s no useful troubleshooting section. Called support number provided in app, but phone rings 10 +/- times and then hangs up.

The app works reliably. It’s a bit none intuitive how to alter a timer (you have to delete the previous function and then add a new time rather than adjust the time). It would be nice to add a on-at-dusk function like almost all other smart timer apps.

The app is annoying to use. The UI is terrible and could use a review to make it better. Please take a look at how WEMO structure their app. I don’t need to see “Life can be smarter than you think!” each time it loads. The terrible slow animation is annoying. 

Feedback:
Military time down to the millisecond? Seriously?
Remove the + tab (cause it’s not a tab, it behaves more like an action button)
Group and timer should be the only tabs
The + should be in the bottom area and/or in the hamburger icon menu.
Does the icons have to be large square buttons? Can’t they be just toggles? Why use up screen space?
How many bridges can an account have? If more than 1, maybe this can be a tab. I setup the bridge once, I don’t need to see it everyday. Move it into the hamburger icon menu.

New update makes it harder to get to my switches. It takes two taps now to turn off my light instead of one. Also, the startup animation saying "Life can be smarter than you think!" takes a long time to complete and happens every time you launch the app. Why are we forced to see the same message over and over?
