Der Thomale Guide ist ein neurochirurgisches Instrument und kann als Führungshilfe bei der präkoronaren Ventrikelpunktion mit einem Ventrikelkatheter verwendet werden. Anhand eines koronaren CT oder MRT Bildes ermittelt diese App den optimalen Eintrittswinkel, die Ventrikelkatheterlänge und den Abstand des geplanten Bohrloches zur Medianlinie.
Die Christoph Miethke GmbH & Co. KG entwickelt, produziert und vertreibt neurochirurgische Implantate zur Therapie des Hydrocephalus („Wasserkopf“).
