After paying a sum of 150000, Thomas cook decided to inform the Bangalore office to connect with me regarding visa. I found out that I don’t have one document. I am now cancelling my package and loosing Rs 75000. 1. It is the duty of any travel agency to inform the traveller of visa requirements. 2.An agency as big as Thomas cook, has a very poor performing staff. They neither email on time nor call back. We have to chase them. They are a very unprofessional bunch. I have been noticing from day 1. I made this booking 6 months back, but they never contacted me at any time about visas or amount to be paid.
