## Thomas Higgins Solicitors Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Shocking app for what should be an easy process"
App keeps locking you out can’t pay with card even though the card payment option is there. Paid via Apple Pay from my personal account rather than my buisness account. Spent 1.5hrs trying to get my letter submitted as it keeps freezing. Terrible app

### ***** "Great service"
Extremely useful app, very professional service, so easy to set up and use.
Been struggling to get a particular client to settle account, uploaded relevant information onto the app, copy of draft letter forwarded to me, then forwarded to client on my behalf, client settled almost immediately!
Will definitely be keeping on my phone ’just in case’.

### *---- "Doesn’t appear to work"
I was trying to use the website but it redirected me to the app “for a better mobile experience “ so I downloaded the app, tried to log in - and nothing happened? Just a big cross on the screen ❌
-- KBHTC, 2020-02-08

### *---- "Just crashes"
I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling, restarting my phone but every time I go to log in the app crashes and closes! Not sure what’s going on?
