## Thong Kee Cafe Reviews in Malaysia

### *---- "remark problem"
must put remark option for customer, even coriander also cant mention not to puy
-- BlaLABljshdhdhd, 2024-12-19

### *---- "Bad experience on the user interface"
Delayed tracking system.. unfriendly selection choice.. with lousy delivery partner.. combine with all the issues resulted in worst delivery order experience.. please improve and will go for grab order better
-- Sepaker1, 2024-11-30

### *---- "Waiting time more than 1 hours"
I at the Restaurant order and waited more than 1 hours for 2 drinks and 1 bread only
-- IOS Star, 2024-03-16

### *---- "Missing functions"
I’m only giving 1 star because I want the attention of the devs. All drinks are missing the option to Kurang Manis (Less Sweet), but this function was available since earliest version. I had to order from physical store just because of this. There is also no options to add any additional remarks. Please fix.
-- anonymous cham beng, 2024-03-14

### **--- "Option of Sweetness"
The option of remark is too less… why don’t have ‘kaw and extra sweet’ as option
-- sarawakkopi, 2023-08-28

### ***** "Needs improvements"
There is no placeholder for voucher (i keep clicking the add voucher and there was no error i did not input any code). Menu items that have no food picture show grey placeholder image and I thought that item is not available as it looks as it is in disabled state (correct should be colorful picture). Order can get stucked in pending payment and cannot remove it or complete payment.
