## Thông tin tín dụng PCB Description
Ứng dụng Thông Tin Tín Dụng của PCB cho phép người dùng có thể lấy báo cáo tín dụng cá nhân của mình (báo cáo thể nhân) trực tuyến (Online) mà không cần phải đến trực tiếp trụ sở chính văn phòng hay chi nhánh của Công ty Cổ phần Thông tin Tín dụng Việt Nam (PCB).

Các bước để lấy được báo cáo thể nhân Online:

Bước 1: Tải ứng dụng từ App Store về điện thoại của bạn và cài đặt

Bước 2: Khách hàng đăng ký tài khoản trực tuyến, điền đầy đủ thông tin theo hướng dẫn và tải hình ảnh mặt trước và mặt sau của giấy tờ cá nhân và ảnh chân dung lên để xác thực danh tính.

Bước 3: Khách hàng yêu cầu lấy báo cáo.

Bước 4: Cán bộ dịch vụ khách hàng của PCB sẽ làm thêm một bước nữa là xác thực thêm độ chính xác về thông tin khách hàng cung cấp. Nếu các thông tin chính xác, cán bộ khách hàng phê duyệt đồng ý cấp báo cáo cho khách hàng và thông báo tới khách hàng qua email của khách hàng cung cấp.

Bước 5: Khách hàng vào thanh toán phí lấy báo cáo, khi thanh toán thành công khách hàng sẽ được hệ thống PCB trả về báo cáo sau đó và thông báo cho khách hàng qua email/sms.

Bước 6: Khách hàng vào xem/tải báo cáo thể nhân của mình.
