## ThreatLocker Admin Reviews in United States

### ***** "The iPhone app is far better than Android version"
I just switched to iPhone and so far it seems that the iPhone version seems to just work. The Android version has had a lot of issues, I can’t schedule maintenance on the Android version without it crashing.
-- Matt5380, 2025-08-17

### *---- "Useless"
Can’t even switch orgs without crashing every single time.
-- TMikeOtto, 2025-06-25

### **--- "Unstable"
Crashes a significant amount when navigating to different orgs. Useful for getting push alerts, but I am much better off pulling out my laptop and using the web portal for actual work within the ThreatLocker platform.
-- SgtGrumbles, 2025-06-14

### *---- "App crashing uncontrollably"
App crashes when an application approval is clicked on. Goes to a black screen and must be force closed. Totally unusable.
-- Fkthreatlocker, 2025-03-28

### *---- "Unusable"
I can sign into the app and see pending requests but when I tap in one to work with it, I just get a blank white screen. Just hangs there.
-- Swme111, 2025-03-27

### *---- "Upset Customer"
I was told this app is amazing why do they always want to ask silly questions. We need our personal info protected! This app is bad. Nobody to answer my concerns
-- Mr Haulk, 2025-03-09

### *---- "Buggy and Unusable!"
I am writing a review for the 4th time after they have repeatedly deleted my reviews.

It has been THREE MONTHS AND COUNTING that this embarrassing excuse of an app has had scaling issues, making it IMPOSSIBLE for me to approve requests or take computers out of Secured Mode. Inexcusable and unacceptable for a product made by a company of this size and prestige. Their mobile app team needs to stop screwing around.
-- Cowb0y_Dan, 2025-01-16

### ***** "Great App"
Works great best support too.
-- Dispatch Tech, 2024-10-29

### ***-- "Please fix monitor mode"
When enabling monitor mode, it adds it 12 hours into the future while on phone version.
-- jr_coyle, 2024-09-13

### ***** "ThreatLocker in your hand."
Nice to be able to approve apps, and start elevation mode from phone.
-- appleser1849, 2024-06-24
