ThredUp: Online Thrift Store

With the new update, I can’t sort by newest or low to high cost, it’s telling I need to save the search. I’ve been a loyal costumer since 2019! 80% of my closet comes from ThreadUp. My daughters are at that age where they can purchase their own clothes; however, I was told only 2 accounts can be associated with the same address due to promotions given to some accounts and not others. That is a problem because 1 daughter can’t purchase on her own items and there isn’t a way for her to share clothing items with me that she wants. It’s not that easy to just find it by searching.

I love the new updates to improve the quick add to cart features, different shopping methods, and the abundance of information available on the clothing!! The only feature that isn’t working for me is the “Save Search” button but all in all, my favorite!

I’m not even browsing anymore, which I used to do frequently, because the new app update screws up all my searches. I had plenty of saved searches but now when I click into them I only can view a fraction of the total available. And when I sort by newest in a brand I only get shoes and accessories? I can’t swipe to see the back of a garment in thumbnail and clicking on a saved favorite unusually takes me to another random item in my favorites. The glitches go on and on. And I’m on a brand new iPhone so I don’t know who this update is for. So no shopping for me until the app gets sorted. Maybe it’s for the best. Save my money.

honestly, just go to a thrift store. the items aren’t as described. when i first started issuing this site years ago it was phenomenal. customer service was easily accessible, returns were easy, products were described accurately. Now, it is HORRENDOUS. the interface is terrible, it is impossible to chat or call . The return process is handled differently on a case-by-case basis. When you speak with different people they will talk in circles and not assist you at all. the amount of money you will spend to get items that are damaged is insane. just avoid the company all together and find another sustainable company or thrift store that you can trust.

I ordered 17 items and only received 10 of them with one being the wrong size. They could not give me an explanation as to where the missing items are, no invoice in the box either.

I used to really love this app and bought almost all of my clothes on it over the past several years. But over the past year, my experience with them has been pretty terrible. The restocking fees are completely laughable and really make me think twice about ordering anything. But on top of that, I just ordered a sleepless blouse that was marked as excellent condition and I pull it out of the box and it looks like it is gone through a garbage disposal. it was marked as final sale, so I can’t even return it.

So many great deals and love that I can reuse and donate my own clothes. I set alerts for specific brands or items I need.

This app changes the game The quality is reliable, the communication is great, it’s user friendly, So..many..options ITS GREAT!

They are awful! They deliver in unmarked white vans with no IDs so there are issues with packages getting to residences.

This update is not good. When I go to my saved searches, it will give the option to see all items available, but when you click on that only half or less are visible. I used to buy many items from this app, but now I literally can’t. Please fix this. Also I am aware of how to see what’s in someone’s cart, so that’s not it.
