Randomness is frustrating
This game is kind of nice as it lets players collect unique heroes which allow them to customise their teams and tactics to their individual style. However, the immense influence of randomness dulls players’ sense of control over what they wish to do in the game. When players do not know if the developers are going to come up with new feature heroes every season or not, they cannot know whether to save or spend all their recruitment tokens. It can also be extremely frustrating when you saved up over 200 tokens for a season and still end up short in one or two key heroes because of randomness or pure dumb luck.
Very Greedy Game.
They will make your gaming environment very unpleasant in every possible method of making money. Not a game for non purchasers. VERY GREEDY GAME AND its developers!!!
Lost divinity
Been playing for a while. Today during one of my battles, I lost the use of my divinity which cost me the battle and ultimately the entire game.
Not worth the time
This games has evolved from a simple tactic war to money earning machine. It’s not about strategies anymore, it is about how much you can spend to be strong. The more you spend the stronger you can be. In the game if you need to survive you need to bow to other big spenders. It is not tactics anymore. That’s the conclusion.
Unable to login using data
I anhave been playing for years but after new updates, unable to login using data, only with wifi then able to login

Good game but it’s unbalance like I just started a game the next thing I know is 2 lengendary hero’s killed my entire game great work -_-
Poor Customer Service
Was threaten by the Facebook page customer service saying that i will will not be able to join the event as he can't solve my problem and even after suggesting serval alternative to him. This was exactly what was told to me "I'd like to tell you there will be a event on English Facebook at tomorrow night. If you keep blaming me, I don't think you can take part in that event." And the problem is that he did not even told me that there will be an event for the English side tomorrow. He just mention to wait for English event. In which this could be months or years later After that i couldn't contact him anymore. Bad experience and poot customer service
