Don’t waste your time. Had this app 18 months and it hasn’t worked once. “New biometric is available” after I log in. I fill in details, nothing happens. I go back and it brings me to the login page just for the login to not work now. The app is absolutely pointless. Should be 1/5 rating overall because 6 years ago isn’t now, the app is currently unusable.

I’ve been trying to access this app for over a year and I just keep getting sent around in circles, resetting password and getting sent pins, only to be told I’m already registered but I can’t login because I’m not registered. Built by 10 year olds.

Cannot log into my3 or 3Plus no matter what I do. I type in the correct password or I tried resetting my password and it still doesn’t let me log in. Rubbish.

App constantly logs you out. Not worth the hassle!

Have to say that the offers , prizes and other giveaways are absolutely fantastic

The cinema deal is great, but that’s about it. The €1 Cafe Nero was a great deal but was taken away for some reason? I’ll keep my fingers crossed it’ll come back or maybe I’ll win a competition some day who knows lol 🤷‍♀️

The campaigns and bonuses are really good and helpful. But when I want to top up my account using the bonus feature in the app, I have to enter my phone number every single time. There should be an option for topping up for my number or add new one. If I am topping up for my number so three plus should fill that part automatically or use Apple Pay contact details.
