App frequently crashes and if by some miracle you get it up and running again you have to remember where you were up to in the program. 
Trying to fast forward to a spot subjects you to more ads, only for the whole app to crash again.
Won’t be attempting to watch anything until a better update is released.

The shows are really good, I enjoy them a lot. However, do you know what’s worse than seeing and ad one time over and over? Seeing the same ad repeat itself three times in a row!!!!

Some good tv shows and movies but the app doesn’t let you minimise the screen to do something else on another app while watching, plus the Ads are so repetitive!! If you pause, you get an Ad, if you fast forward you get an Ad, it’s like punishment. I don’t know if this can be fixed but surely you could tell a user already view that at before, but they decided to go back to watch a scene again. Also they should be able to not schedule TWO OF THE SAME ADS one after the other.

Why do you not allow people to watch a show while they have something else on the screen? We shouldn’t have to pause the show to be able to do anything else on our devices…

Not the best app. I constantly have to restart the app when I open a new episode and sometimes, the app doesn’t load the content despite there being no problems with my internet service. I can’t use other phone features or change windows while the show is playing which other streaming apps are able to do. Compared to TVNZ’s app, the experience is poor.

Worst app iv ever had, constantly crashes app wont stream properly. Never remembers where you were last at watching a series. Randomly pauses the list just goes on. Both me my partner and tv all have the same issues when using the app so its not just one iphone etc

Never remembers the place you’re upto, filled with ads, buttons often don’t work for fast forwarding (an issue when it won’t remember your position). Quite possibly the biggest waste of money on any app in NZ. Use the TVNZ one instead - much much more stable and an enjoyable experience / it’s like their development team actually care.

I’m not sure where to share feedback on the LG TV version of this app, but hopefully this will get through to the team who manage the app. The app continuously crashes at the start of streaming a show and throughout the entire show. The error simply says it’s a playback error and after selecting resume playback the app attempts to play- this continues to occur repeatedly until the show finally starts to play. This is very frustrating for users. Please fix this issue.

Poor loading/buffering while streaming to Chromecast. Have attempted to use this app over a few years and a few different connections/locations/devices. No problems with other streaming apps but this one cannot chrome cast reliably, even on my phone the buffering is (better but still) poor.
