Every time you view an item you have to go back to the home page and go through the whole search and filter process again rather than going straight back to the filtered list. If there is a way to do this I haven’t found it which shows the app is badly designed. Also all the dresses it classifies as midi are actually mini. I’ve sold clothes and should of made £43.23 but no, I only get £7.50 because thrift take most of the money! If I’d used something else I would had gotten it all. I love the whole concept of Thrift and have sent tons of bags to them. It saves me a lot of time and it's good for the planet. HOWEVER - and this is a big one - if you want to search for and buy stuff, it's practically unusable unless you're extremely determined, and find workarounds. Eg if you're searching for a certain brand and click on an item, the search is lost when you try to go back from the item to the listed items of that brand. It's incredibly frustrating and hard to understand why it's not much easier to use. Sometimes I just give up so I assume many sales are lost because of the app and website's very poor functionality. The website designer should be sacked and a replacement found who will ask about the end user's experiences.
