Bad for ebay booksellers
The function to get the value of an entire bookshelf doesn't include giving you the "EBAY VALUE" Of each book. It only gives the price paid by "buyback" companies. NOT USER FRIENDLY PRETTY TERRIBLE APP

Refund
Would love for someone to return my email request for a refund. I was browsing the app and looking into signing up. My phone glitched or the app glitched, next thing I know, a $89.99 charge hit my apple account. I immediately tried to reverse it and emailed your support email. I have not heard back from anyone. I just sent another email requesting a refund. You can see that I have not used the app at all. How else can I get In touch with someone?
Not good at all
You have to pay for the things that they advertise, and there’s literally no books on there.
Bad for books and media
The pic scanner is a great idea. Just the fact that most of the actual pricing data is bad. Probably from being tied to booksrun rather than using ebay or amazon comps. Often doesnt find the good books that scoutly triggers do. Also would be cool if pic scanner worked for dvds
Not as advertised
This app is a basically a referal service for booksrun. Very limited function. The screenshots are deceiving because thats not what the app looks like. Complete waste of time.

Need to cancel - there’s no way to cancel ? No help ? No FAQ? It’s not reading bar codes correctly I want to opt out and it’s not letting me
Misleading
The description of this app is misleading. It doesn’t give values for eBay, only for the bookscouter app. It makes you sign up for bookscouter and become “an affiliate.” I scanned numerous books and none of them except for one current very popular title were available for valuation. They need to make it clear on the description that this app really only works for textbooks and that they want you to sell your books to bookscouter, not list them on eBay.
