## Thrifty Foods Reviews in Canada

### *---- "App still no longer works"
Weekly offer pop up will not go away so cannot access lists
-- Glassweaver 2, 2024-12-31

### ***-- "Glitches"
I currently can’t use the app because the pop up won’t go away it just repeatedly pops up asking what period I’m shopping for over and over. In general the app isn’t helpful as most products the store carries aren’t listed and often it’ll pop up with recipes or blogs when I’m clearly just trying to search an item.
-- SweetpeaB88, 2024-12-31

### *---- "Very poor performance"
Terrible time trying to sign up & order. Spent over 2.5 hrs & no email or text confirmation of order except an order number given at end of checkout. Guess will wait @ see if Thrifty’d want my $ or not! Very frustrating..,
-- roswei, 2024-12-17

### *---- "No way to finish order"
Terrible app after filling checkout there is no way to complete order.
-- _eltee_, 2024-12-10

### *---- "Terrible app"
This app sends you all over the place, you set up your cart, then it goes to the webpage and your cart is now empty THEN it asks you to sign in with a verification code they send. And it says code invalid
-- Mars-bar2, 2024-12-07

### ****- "Question/Suggestion"
Would you consider having dark mode for app? There are nights I keep Hub up when creating menu or browsing through Thrifty recipes
-- AnnL, 2024-11-22

### ****- "Good app, but last update borked it"
Great app, good for pre-shopping or lining up a delivery order. However since the most recent update the app freezes on opening and shuts down. It can’t be used at all.

(For troubleshooting purposes I am using a 2nd Gen iPhone SE using iOS 17.6.1. I hope this helps fixing the issue.)
-- henchthing, 2024-11-22

### *---- "Very bad point system"
So much easier to earn points when it was airmiles. Now it feels like the system is designed to get you the least amount of points possible even if you spend lots of money on groceries and you diligently load your points. It’s so much effort to load the offers and to get virtually nothing back.
-- geelll, 2024-10-25

### **--- "Too many screens and clicks to load your offers."
Between this app and the Scene app it is too complicated to just load your offers. I should just be able to set my store once then load my offers each time I log in.
-- Ecirta, 2024-09-20

### *---- "Horrible app, minimal functionality"
I downloaded the app, linked my scene card, and started adding to my cart. I invested considerable time. When I was ready to checkout, I chose my store, then it directed me to a webpage (what is the point of the app then????) and after verifying my account it wiped my cart clean. Nothing in cart in either the app or the webpage. Horrible experience and gives the whole organization a bad rep. I’ll stick with my usual grocery stores instead.
