The Thrive Hearing Control app works seamlessly with sensor-enabled hearing aids to give you complete control of your hearing. Change settings easily, adjust volume quickly, create customized memories, and stream music or phone calls with the touch of a button.

The Thrive app also gives you access to Healthable features like social engagement and activity tracking. You can set goals and your Engagement Score and Activity Score will track how close you are to meeting them daily. The Thrive app also offers information services like Thrive Assistant, Translate, Transcribe, and Self Check, which lets you check your hearing aid performance without an office visit.

Ask questions about your hearing aids like, “how do I adjust volume?” or general questions like, “what’s the weather today?” and get quick answers.

The Thrive app works with sensor-enabled and MFi-certified hearing aids from Starkey, Audibel, NuEar, MicroTech and AGX® Hearing. These hearing aids must be purchased from a hearing professional. Fall Alert and Activity and Engagement tracking are only available with sensor-enabled hearing aids.

Useless app

I have tried multiple times and every single time it says not able to detect anything. So I am going to uninstall for the last and final time unless you can fix the bugs.

Where did they go??

June 19 2024 - yep another update and I lost my personal memory setting again. Last time you said to let you know if and when it happens. I’m letting you know. I gotta remember not to update the app. Previous review—In this app, you have the ability to create personal memory settings for your environment. However, mine disappeared. Not once but multiple times. I don’t know. Just frustrating.

Ridiculous

This app is terrible. I don’t know how an elderly person on their own would be able to figure it out when a 40 year old (me) can’t. I tried setting this up on my mom’s android and then tried my iPhone. It just gets stuck on “loading memory.” I’ve uninstalled, paired & unpaired. I thought it would be best for the find location feature since she already list them within 24hours. Instead I’m just going to get an Apple air tag to track.

Disappointed

This app is a real disappointment to me. It frequently asks me to update my app even though I have downloaded the most recent update. A new app THAT ACTUALLY WORKS WELL needs to be offered for these hearing aids. I am not thriving!

UPDATED: Apps Shouldn’t Make Life More Difficult.

UPDATE, May 24 2024 - After leaving my negative review the app has remained frozen with no ability to adjust any volume slider. It’s clear the company doesn’t care because they don’t even read their reviews, suggesting to restart the phone or app when you state that you have in your review. —— ORIGINAL REVIEW —— There have been so many issues over the course of a year that I don’t know where to begin. The app freezes at random and even restarting the phone doesn’t help. TV Streaming stops working at random and cannot be reengaged and it may be hours before TV Streaming can be reengaged. The equalization resets at random. The volume of the mic and stream reset every time the phone screen turns off. Even hearing professionals I’ve visited are boggled by the app behavior. It seems the only features of the app that work are those that track your “engagement” or “activity”. The disappointment towards this app is simply not measurable.

Doesn’t work most of the time

This is an important app because it controls the volume on my hearing aids. I would say that 99% of the time it doesn’t even recognize my hearing aids. Not good Thrive! You are making something that I paid A LOT of money for useless!

Disappointed

It’s sad that there’s only one app Thrive that you can use with your hearing aids, the app updated last week and now they won’t connect by Bluetooth? I know it’s not my iPhone 15 issue and the help app on thrive has been completely useless. I own a pair of Livo 2400 it tells me to open and close the battery door but there’s no door to open.

The pp works like some of my employees. Only when it feels like it. Might be the worst app I’ve ever dealt with. The response you provided to me was as worthless as your app. I literally have to delete the app and reinstall it sometimes to get it to work. I routinely miss calls because your app says it “can’t find” my hearing aids. When I find another app to use I will do so in a minute. This app is complete garbage.
