I live in steamboat springs Colorado and the cost of living is outrageous and I am able to get the products I need for cheaper and products that I can’t find in my town, I find on thrive. There customer support is just awesome the very few problems I have had over the 3-4 years I’ve been a member, were resolved immediately there was no hassle , no arguing , no problems they make it right and they do it immediately like I said customer support is amazing. The product selection keeps getting bigger and offering now frozen options, meals etc just can’t say enough good things about thrive. Highly recommend for any one but for people especially dietary needs/ restrictions. Just love the company !

A very great app, has a lot of healthy food and also saves you a buy of money. I loved going to Sprouts but Thrive market is way better and I actually save money while doing it! I personally think it’s incredibly convenient that they make healthier eating easy and accessible.

Website seems to be responding faster and accurately.

I almost gave up on being able to find foods without ultra processed ingredients like seed oils, processed sugars, and gluten. Thrive market was my last resort and I’m so happy I took a chance. I can enjoy food again.

You can only check the current balance during checkout. My phone fell asleep and completed a random purchase with the gift card applied. Thrive’s app malfunctioned and charged me twice. Once for the full gift card amount. And also my credit card for the total cost, again not registering the gift card amount. Didn’t see it until the next morning so Thrive couldn’t cancel the order, and they don’t accept returns. While they refunded the 2nd charge to my bank account, they did not refund the gift card that was also charged due to their app malfunction. Beware of the app completing purchases during auto-lock, being charged twice, and still paying the full amount for items you didn’t even plan to order.

This is an extremely misleading subscription! The promotions are like bait and switch… They offer them when you begin and when they aren’t on your account, you have to follow up every time and then you still don’t get the full amount of the promotion! I never got my first order at 40% off .. when I contacted them they said I could get it on the next order and that didn’t happen either. And of course now I am just a couple days over the 30 day trial membership and cannot get a refund on my $59.95 membership fee!

I truly love Thrive Market!! They have wonderful, quality products and great prices. I will add that any issues I have had in the past have been due to poor packing of liquids which were not shipped in plastic and exploded all over my food. The problem was rectified but I’m sorry to say I still do not always receive liquids wrapped in plastic. Now I do not order them which considerably reduces my order. I hope that they have fixed this issue because I love their products!

This app has almost everything I already buy, but at a lower price. Any time groceries have been spoiled or not up to par, they refund me with no questions asked. If I don’t like something, they refund me as well. It has been very easy to use this app and my groceries came packed with care. Highly recommend this app and service to anybody trying to save time and money on grocery shopping!
