## Thuismeten Description
De Thuismeten-app is onderdeel van een platform dat door uw zorginstelling wordt ingezet om u een thuismonitoringsdienst aan te bieden in het kader van uw behandeling. Luscii healthtech B.V. levert de techniek en ondersteuning aan en ten behoeve van zorginstellingen en zorgt ervoor dat de Thuismeten-app voldoet aan de eisen die zorginstellingen daaraan stellen. Uw zorginstelling neemt onze diensten af en biedt u de Thuismeten-app aan. Uw zorginstelling bepaalt onder andere welke voorwaarden zij de Thuismeten-app inzet, voor welke doeleinden zij dit doet, bij welke diagnoses, en hoe de Thuismeten-app wordt ingesteld. U verkrijgt uw account via uw zorginstelling. 

De Thuismeten-app is ontworpen voor patiënten en biedt een gebruiksvriendelijke oplossing die zorg op afstand toegankelijk en eenvoudig maakt. De Thuismeten-app stelt patiënten in staat hun gezondheid te monitoren en geïnformeerd te blijven, terwijl ze nauw contact houden met hun zorgverleners. Met video- en chatfunctionaliteit kunt u eenvoudig uw zorgverlener bereiken voor advies, controles of afspraken. Notificaties houden u op de hoogte van belangrijke acties of nieuwe informatie, terwijl u uw voortgang kunt bijhouden en belangrijke gezondheidsgegevens, allemaal in één app. 

De Thuismeten-app is altijd een aanvulling is op uw medische behandeling, maar vervangt deze niet. Raadpleeg altijd uw zorgverlener voor persoonlijk medisch advies.

Het doet mij weinig plezier om de thuismonitor in te vullen maar het is beslist een nuttig instrument.
Ik zal het dan ook zeker blijven doen want ik ben blij dat eventuele klachten nu direct in beeld komen bij de longpoli en er dus ook al snel gehandeld kan worden.

Zeer slecht , alleen maar bedoelt om zo min mogelijk in contact te hoeven zijn met patiënten. Mijn zoontje van 4 had een gebroken arm en in de app werd hij behandeld als een volwassen persoon. Dus niets aangepast naar zijn leeftijd ook de pijn medicatie niet. Het gaat hard achteruit met al die digitale “verbeteringen” als je het al verbetering kan noemen.

If you are proactive like me, you may notice a bit of frustration. The app will guide you through each and every step in its own tempo. So, too slow for me, but probably just right for people who are not that familiar with computers and apps.
