Worst app
Posted a project with a specific contractor but this app leaked my number and details to all local contractors… getting 10000s of call everyday and had to change my number. Deleted the app and deactivated my account. Customer service is of no use! I am not sure how many real calls I am missing. I have to change my number and get out of this mess! Posted this review in all my neighborhood, community etc.
Don’t use
Unable to review and pay for services in app. Probably all fake reviews. Had a horrible cleaning experience with a “pro” from their app. Stick to TaskRabbit that has safeguards in place. Total scam.
Critical problems
When I’m setting up a password, if I want to go back to login instead, the app doesn’t have an option for that. I had to force close and re enter. Also once in the app has a glitch where I cannot respond back to quotes.

Precision cleaning with a heart!
I approached Rachel as I have huge organization and cleaning needs in my large house. With minimal direction and with expert hands, she quickly took action— declutterring each room and helping to categorize items to keep and donate. After she was done, I looked at the rooms and I immediately felt this huge mental load lifted off of me. It made my heart so happy to see my rooms finally recovered!! I also asked her to clean my kitchen, master bedroom and bathrooms and she tackled each room with passion and precision. She deep cleaned every corner of my house and appliance till it sparkled!! She is the ultimate fairy godmother of organization and cleanliness. You can feel that this is her mission and passion to help others put order, cleanliness and harmony back into their homes and lives! She is also very sweet, professional, prompt and treats you like a family. Thank you so much Rachel. You are truly a gem!! 💕👌🏡🧹🫧

After you install this app it pushes ads to your phone so you have to turn off all notifications for it. Rating 1 star because this policy is against the App Store and if other companies did this it would turn our phones into a hellscape.
