I know I’m not supposed to check my account on a regular basis but the app makes it so easy and it’s fun to do …….when the market is going in the right direction

The app is great. CREF is inconsistent in the time the daily balance is posted. Very frustrating to log on at 7:30 p. m. only to find that it has not been posted yet.

This is a great app easy to set up Zelle payments easy to make the payments. Will continue to use this app to send and receive money

Positives - being able to see accounts, balances and assets are well presented & clear. Drawbacks - being able to receive documents is missing and significant drawback. Logging on with finger print not working for recent months. Let’s make improvements to help investors.

Downloaded this App in the hope that I could easily rollover my IRÁ to another financial institution after failing to find an obvious way to do so via their website. Neither this App nor the website are set up to transfer monies outside of TIAA, and do not mirror the instructions on the TIAA ERISA Rollover form: there is no “manage my portfolio” nor “rollover or withdraw money” links to click. Looks as though I will have to resort to snail mail, and suffer delays as a consequence. Easy to move money into, and around TIAA, but not to get it back out!

Pésimo servicio al cliente de Everbank. Cuanta nueva bloqueada a los 3 días de creada. Llamas y te pasan de un departamento a otro y nada de solución . Se demoran 6 días para un depósito de 100 dólares. El servicio por Zelle pésimo y limites demasiados bajos de envío. Mucho cuidado donde ponen su dinero.

Easy to use and understandable, so important for a senior citizen.

EverBank continues to have the highest savings rates and that’s why I invest with them. However, the app has much to be desired. It’s confusing to navigate an easy to make errors.

Why do I have to click through more than one page to logout? This is an app that links to financial information. It should be super intuitive to log out (like a button at the top of the first page!) Others have complained about this. Why hasn't it been fixed?

Many improvements but still weak on Graphics.
