---- CUSTOMER REVIEWS ----

My family and I had a great night at the Atlanta Braves game! The tickets we purchased were very reasonable and the ballpark experience was incredible. Even got to witness a walk off Home run!

Cheapest price for the same tickets by far. I checked seatgerk event-brite and tick.pick resale site and these were the cheapest.

I went to seatgeel like normal and was fixing to pay $80+ in service fees. I looked around and got the same exact tickets without the service fees!

They have an amazing selection of tickets, especially well-priced re-sale tix for broadway shows.

Ordered tickets to the MLB game (Nationals vs Marlins) online while in Washington, DC. No additional fees were charged on top of the listed price!

I had no problems receiving my etickets and I saved about $20 per ticket compared to other sites like seatgreek or stub hub.

## Ticket Club Reviews in United States

### *---- "Expensive"
I signed up for this because I’d get Rakuten points. I’ve looked up three events and compared them to other sites and the charge is INSANELY more expensive. Sometimes double. What a shock. No thanks.
-- Pamotten, 2025-09-30

### *---- "Scam"
You cant purchase from the app nor from website. Complete scam
-- Gigafy, 2025-07-30

### ****- "New app"
Finally this ticket service came “ALIVE” again
With new APP
-- Zach attack 113, 2024-06-29

### *---- "App crashes every time"
Any time I select an event, the app crashes. Deleted and reinstalled, same problem. Might as well remove from the App Store.
-- ACLaw99, 2024-05-17

### ***-- "App crashes"
I used the website but the app keeps crashing on me when I go to view tickets for an event. The website works fine it would just be more convenient if the app worked
-- Tommywillcox, 2023-09-17

### ***-- "Crashes when I try to login"
I used to use the app but I got a new phone and tried to login , now the app crashes if I try to login to reset my password. Am able to login on the website but for some reason the app just keeps crashing . I’m on the latest iOS update too
-- RenegadeXperiaz, 2023-04-20

### ***** "Easy to use"
Very easy to search for events and select tickets, which were transferred immediately after purchase. Always great savings too with no fees!
-- k5byrn3s, 2019-08-23

### ***** "Better than Seatgeek"
Every event I go to I compare tickets across all the different services and the membership waived fees on ticket club are the best option 9-10 times. The annual fee is worth every penny.
-- ZeldarfrmHeldar, 2019-03-04

### ****- "Cool app if you are buying multiple tickets"
Pretty cool service as they only charge one time membership fee unlike other resale places where you have to pay ton of service fee for every ticket. But, it kinda take a while to load the maps page which is kinda annoying.
