Speed up entry at the door with the Ticket Tailor Check-in app. Built for Event Creators.

Whatever size your event, we’ve got you covered:

• Scan tickets, search personal details, or select from a (filterable) door list for seamless entry.
• When your event is in full swing, stay connected and keep track of the check-in process on the go.
• Create multiple user profiles and train your team in minutes. Plus, with the ability to hide sensitive data like ticket count and personal info, and remove access after the event, it can flex with your team.
• Download multiple events (or time slots) and switch between them easily.
• Auto-sync allows you to check in tickets on multiple devices at once.
• Accept in-person orders, and take payment via Tap to Pay on iPhone or cash, allowing you to capture extra demand at the door.


And for peace of mind, the app works offline, so even the most remote events can keep going worry-free.

Ticket Tailor is the best online platform for selling tickets. They are always rolling out cool new features. The company has stellar values and continues to operate like a small business even though they’re a global enterprise. The app does need a little clean up as I still have a little trouble getting it to sync quickly. Still, I’m not going anywhere. They’re the best!

We are a nonprofit and used ticket tailor for your first time for a luncheon. The WiFi was terrible where we were and some of the older guests could not find their ticket to scan. Between mannually checking people in and being able to use there too offline it could not have gone smoother. 

I'll also say their customer service is top notch!

We LOVE this app. From creating your event to on-sale to check-in... it's SO easy and hassle free. And unlike many other services, the funds are transfered directly to you at the time of sale. I took a chance on Ticket Tailor to do our garden tour. It was fantastic, from setting up the box office and checking people in, it was great. The people checking in ticket holders were ‘seniors’ and they were a little uncomfortable at first but then after they actually did it they were so impressed. (Some didn’t know what a QR code was) anyhow TT was very responsive each time I had a question and it was so easy. We will use it again!

It was easy to use and our volunteers could easily download and log in from their personal devices so they could help expedite check in during busy times.   Ticket Tailor is also very responsive to any issue and suggestions from users.   We are so happy to have found a reasonably priced ticket solution that has so many features.
