### ***-- "Application Freeze"
Application option are non clickable even the pramoted events and natak
-- Pratik Karanje, 2024-12-28

### *---- "Really disappointing"
I was very happy to see this app which can break the monopoly of bookmyshow. But a great disappointment. Most of the times you get error while booking and they dont have any support or feedback option. In short, they dont need customers.
Dont have the option of attaching screenshots here, otherwise I could have posted all.
-- P1r1i1yanka, 2024-12-24

### **--- "Don’t receive OTP for logging in"
Installed app but after multiple tries also I did not receive OTP on my phone. App team needs to check this.
-- MYadnesh, 2024-06-03

### *---- "Unable to use it at all"
I’m not receiving the OTP at all since I downloaded the app. Completely useless for me.
-- Akshay Mahapadi, 2024-04-14

### ***-- "Please update database"
Not all events and venues are covered. Try to figure out ways to update the database so as to include more and more events and venues.
-- tejasawatt, 2024-04-08

### *---- "OTP not received"
Trying setup app for last 1 week, OTP is not getting delivered . Please fix the problem
-- omdatta, 2024-03-25
