## TicketGenie Description
The ticketgenie.com mobile ticket app makes it easy to purchase tickets to concerts, sporting events, and theatre performances directly from your iPhone or iPod Touch.

**Key Features**
- Search for tickets to events based on your geographic location, or find tickets for any event in the country using the search tool.
- Choose seats from one of the largest ticket exchanges.
- View your exact seat on a detailed map of the venue before you buy.
- All purchases are safe and secure, protected by a privacy policy, encrypted data, PCI compliance, and a secure keychain on your iPhone.
- Place orders directly on the iPhone or iPod Touch, or use one-touch calling from within the app. Customer support specialists are available for any questions and/or phone orders.
- Is your event tonight or this weekend? Same day purchases are available and most tickets can be emailed or setup at will call for your convenience.

The prices of the tickets on the Ticketgenie.com mobile ticket app are determined by market prices for that event. Tickets on the app range from well below face value to more premium pricing for the best seats in the house. We strive to be highly competitive with all online ticket services.

Your tickets are backed by the Ticketgenie.com 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Ticketgenie.com protects your entire transaction from fraud and other dangers.

Ticketgenie.com guarantees that your tickets will always...

...arrive in time for the event.
Your tickets will be delivered to the billing address you provide; most tickets are shipped via Federal Express. We guarantee that the tickets will be shipped to you in sufficient time so that at least one delivery attempt will be made before the event occurs.

...be the exact tickets you ordered or better seats than you paid for.
If you do not receive the exact tickets you ordered, Ticketgenie.com guarantees that replacement tickets will be of equal or greater value than the tickets originally requested.

...be real, legitimate tickets valid for entry.
Unless otherwise noted as part of the ticket description, any tickets you buy from Ticketgenie.com are guaranteed to be authentic tickets, valid for entry to the event. If you are denied admission by the venue, Ticketgenie.com will investigate the incident and will refund the full cost of tickets, including shipping and service fees, if we find that the mistake was ours.

...be completely refunded if the event is cancelled.
If an event is permanently cancelled, Ticketgenie.com will coordinate with the selling broker to provide you with a full refund of the ticket price, including any service fees.
