Ticketmaster－Buy, Sell Tickets

The latest update has completely destroyed the functionality of the app. My events hardly opens, and when it does the tickets don’t load so you have to go to the website and save the tickets from there. Absolutely disgraceful.

Again, several attempts to book tickets with time outs and more than one credit card needed because the bank security is triggered by your activities. Every time I book with your company there is 20 minutes of my life of wasted time that I will never get back. The events are a pleasure but not dealing with you.

Forced to reset password every time I use this app… then get pop ups which prevents the reset. Old app was fine. This version is the worst app I’ve ever used. Please fix asap!

I purchased my tickets for the Boris Brejcha event on May 15, 2024, using my Afterpay card (the purchase was registered with the company Ticket Merchant, screenshot attached), but I never received them. When I tried to collect them, I was redirected to the Ticketmaster app, where I was notified that the seller had canceled the delivery (screenshot attached). I reported the issue four days ago and have been waiting for a resolution. However, the website has now notified me that they will not respond to my inquiry (screenshot attached). This is highly disrespectful. Why don’t they send the QR codes immediately after the purchase? Is this some kind of strategy to scam users?

This whole service is a joke designed to harvest and sell your data, in addition to already making $$$ on overpriced ticket sales. The system conveniently fails when you refuse to provide additional and unnecessary personal information. I used my email to sign up, get a choice of phone or email verification. Email fails every time. People, please stop allowing these companies to exploit you for misperceived "convenience" they use to extract your money and data.

Map for seating didn’t work! Pick available seats then transaction cancelled multiple times. Told me my credit card was incorrect, but it was not!

This app is nothing but useless. Can’t log in. Can’t see tickets. 1000 errors,

App makes you login every time, but crashes or goes to blank page. Ridiculous. Had to login via web on someone else’s phone to access tickets. Beware.

Such a terrible ecosystem. Can someone come into the Australian market and save us from these idiots?!

This app is one of the most apps I have ever used. It causes me frustration every time I use it. I moused out on AFL grand final tickets last year because is freezes.
