Your chat was also useless , just keeps telling me to call . You don’t need a chat that can’t help with anything . 

Maybe try reinvesting some of those fees into better online system ? The greed is visible but unfortunately the lack of reinvestment is also very visible with this company .

This company is the greedy company in the world today. As soon as they see an event is close to selling out prices go up. But they have a fancy word for it called dynamic pricing, which apparently makes it all legal.  I hope the government steps in makes them play with fair rules and competition.
