App errors when using "current location" and won't accept any locations except major cities. Halifax, NS, for example, errors when selected. Insists on Toronto only for searches. Ticket prices are absolutely outrages for most concerts. Unacceptable price gouging.

Nad checkout experience - the amount breakup not shown, insurance applied by default. The app keeps logging out.

When looking through events such as concerts, there was an option to narrow or broaden your search by distance which was helpful and when scrolling down to see what is coming up, now it only give you first 20 events and then to continue, you have to press to get the next 20. Horrible idea, less user friendly and very inconvenient. The last update was much better. Please change it back.

You would think that by now they would’ve gotten rid of the many ridiculous things they have on here like platinum seats (which are no different than regular seats??) or how they hold tickets to make them seem scarce but no. The only reason I buy tickets on here is because they’re a monopoly and I have no other choice. They need a whole reset before I ever like this scam of a corporation 🙄

This is a poorly executed port of the website. Constantly forgets your sign in credentials, doesn’t accept your password when you attempt to sign in, forcing you to change your password every time. It also doesn’t display your events/tix so you cannot add them to your Apple wallet via the app. Constant freezes necessitate force closing and re-opening of the app. You are better off just logging in via your mobile browser and dealing with this monopolistic monolith there. I had to add my concert tix via Firefox as the app didn’t recognize that I had an event. Waste of storage space.

I enjoy the app, the main thing I hate is trying to log… it hardly ever remembers my info constantly have to change my password. Ironically it actually worked THIS TIME…

It took me all week and emails to finally be able to purchase these. I had to do it on 2 separate lots. Not very user friendly

Very hard to navigate within the pages. Took a long time to purchase concert tickets when it should have taken two minutes. Get rid of all of the pizzazz and fancy pictures and make it more user friendly. You know, the KISS method 😜

I deleted the app and reinstalled, turned my phone off and on again. It still happens.
