For security reasons they make you change your password. When you exit the app to retrieve your code to change your password the app goes back to the purchase screen so you’re stuck in a loop and have to use a different device to get the code

There is a bug in the current version for recent iPhone models that means when font zoom is on you can’t access your tickets. Your tech support has no clue and only suggests reinstalling and restarting which is a taste of time. Please fix it.

The problem with the vintage of music veterans who like ZZ Top is that we remember when you just rang a telephone number and someone said fine and sent you the tickets. After three nearly hour-long attempts over two days from overseas, I almost gave up on this concert and on this company. Security checks, copious data inputs, undefined terminologies (if you want to know what ‘collectors’ are for $20 extra, bad luck), MasterCard priority that was supposed to finish on 6 December still blocking tickets on the 19th, timeouts etc etc. Really guys. How many sales do you lose because people just don’t have enough time for this complexity. (Ps in case you wonder, I am completely IT and AI literate and current, despite my age). We got there in the end.

Same issue as many report below that with apple version of app the login screen doesn’t appear it just keeps trying to connect to Ticketmaster.com. Unable to use app at all. Have tried deleting and re-adding up and still no good.

Unironically the worst app i’ve ever used. It’s never having the same dates on my tickets as it says in my emails, it makes me change my password weekly for no reason, it signs me out so often, it’s so slow, genuinely the worst app i’ve ever used. Also an artist i bought a ticket for was delayed, yet i’ve heard nothing about it for a year and my ticket is sitting in limbo without a date. Useless app smh. Plus they keep the transaction fees after refunds when my concerts constantly cancel last minute.
