The app keeps taking you to the US site to sign in which means account/password isn’t recognised. You need to log on through your browser to have your account recognised.

System for high demand tickets is utterly random, which with extra ‘verification checks’ you’ll find yourself at the back of the queue and ticketless.

Taking advantage of a virtual monopoly to provide a poor experience.

Took me 20 minutes to buy four tickets for an event. No ability to use Apple Pay have tried to transfer some of the tickets to others in my party and they’ve literally disappeared for a few hours. Juventus tonight and the tickets are lost in the ether. A fairly unpleasant experience all round, particular given the fees Ticket Master charge.  I don’t think their tech is up to scratch.

Used to be an ok app but since forced to new version it doesn’t carry out its core function. As per many other reviews you now can enter the app but not access any of your events . The wheel of doom arrives instead and app freezes on that page . Customer services very slow to respond and then send a cut/ past of possible solutions which obviously don’t work

They’ve made it international, and there appears to be no control over the venues.  Search Birmingham and you get UK and US  cities, with multiple entries for the same venue.  Even in my small town, there are multiple entries for each possible venue.
Overall search and display  is pretty useless too. 
I won’t be using this until improvements are made

For some reason I was forced to update for a kind of “new and better” version of this app. Now it’s impossible to login, the only possibility is to “ticketmaster wants to use ticketmaster.com to sign in” so the site and app share information about me. The great thing it’s the page never shows so I can logging into the app. Delete and download tons of times and keep the same. Tocketmaster being the best as always!

Trying to book tickets in presale & app refused to use my stored credit card and refused to let me register a debit card without any explanation. The online help was laughably inadequate & email offered help within 24-48 hrs. Great when my offer expired in 45 minute! I am thoroughly fed up with being made to do administration in systems in which I have no previous experience and there being no proper help available when things go wrong. Of my recent experiences TM is the worst by far. I’ve wasted 2 hrs on what should have taken minutes.

was 30 minutes early to join the waiting room, as soon as it hit 8:45 the waiting room began and I pressed to go on it however I needed to authenticate my account (which normally works) but ticket master didn’t send me a code until an hour after the sale began. Therefore all tickets were sold out the time I got the code and got to the front of the queue. Absolutely gutted won’t lie, all this because ticketmaster didn’t send me my authentication code to my phone number when it started.

And now it’s really broken. Been trying to sell my tickets since yesterday, one time code just would not come though to my phone. Tried all ways to get it to work, to be able to sell my tickets on. 
In the end it was as simple as turning my wifi off. Ridiculous.
