Ticketmaster－Buy, Sell Tickets

Navigating through the app was terrible, kept kicking me out and losing seats. Had to log in online when I’m already logged in through the app. Just a bad experience overall

Have never been able to load My Events. Phone and App have always been up to date. Just get the loading wheel forever. Have to use a browser to access my tickets. Ticketmaster’s solution is to “go to the resolution desk at the venue.”🤦🏻‍♂️

Feels like you’re getting scammed at every turn, I really hate having to deal with Ticketmaster.

What an easy way to purchase ticket.

The app signs me out every few days. Even when I sign in, it freezes while trying to buy tickets.

I hate the amount I have to pay for fees.

It is truly devastating that a billion-dollar company provides no security for its consumers, putting their personal information in breach. It’s very disgraceful. In this era of scamming and breaching, I would assume Ticketmaster would hold itself with the uttermost protection for its consumers.

$200.00 in fees that are split between the teams, the league, and vendor🤦🏻‍♂️ Because the obnoxious cost of the ticket doesn’t cover it🤮

All they care is money not the customers fees are way to high they allow people to sell something way more then they should be asking like 100 dollars for a concert ticket that is 50 dollars per person Ticketmaster is a rip off but that’s how you buy tickets now

Maybe they got snagged by someone else although the behavior is suspicious - When you release tickets, they disappear from the list of available tickets.
