Not much point in a ticketing app which simply shows the spinning wheel when you try to view your events…

Nothing you can do about rip off fees as they have the monopoly

Worst app ever, takes forever to do anything and eventually crashes… I’ m on an Iphone 12… hopefully will Never ever have to use it again.

Loved the app before update synced with my calendar and I could view tickets since update it does nothing of use have to log in to website.

Updated to this version and when I tap on my events the app crashes, doesn’t show my tickets and nothing works till I reset the app!

The app keeps taking you to the US site to sign in which means account/password isn’t recognised. You need to log on through your browser to have your account recognised. System for high demand tickets is utterly random, which with extra ‘verification checks’ you’ll find yourself at the back of the queue and ticketless. Taking advantage of a virtual monopoly to provide a poor experience.

Took me 20 minutes to buy four tickets for an event. No ability to use Apple Pay have tried to transfer some of the tickets to others in my party and they’ve literally disappeared for a few hours. Juventus tonight and the tickets are lost in the ether. A fairly unpleasant experience all round, particular given the fees Ticket Master charge. I don’t think their tech is up to scratch.

Really disappointed can’t log into the app keep getting an error message that my account isn’t found.

Used to be an ok app but since forced to new version it doesn’t carry out its core function. As per many other reviews you now can enter the app but not access any of your events . The wheel of doom arrives instead and app freezes on that page . Customer services very slow to respond and then send a cut/ past of possible solutions which obviously don’t work
