Couldn’t access on my iPhone, terrible customer service

Cooplez4u on

Absolutely horrible app and terrible customer service. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. On 12/31/24 I bought tickets to the Sharks hockey game for later that night to go with my 5 year old son. It was the first sports game we ever went to together. The tickets were through Ticketmaster. They were mobile-only tickets. However, Ticketmaster thought my phone was a Bot, so they didn’t allow me to log in on my phone. But since Ticketmaster requires a phone to get the tickets, this effectively means that I couldn’t go to the game, despite having already purchased the tickets and getting my son excited about the game. After waiting on hold for 30 minutes, customer service was absolutely no help and didn’t care at all. She just said she’ll put in a “tech request” and they’ll get back to me in 24 hours. But the game was in 4 hours! I was absolutely disgusted by the entire process. Fortunately, I found my 6-year old (no longer used) iPhone in an old drawer, charged it up, updated to the latest iOS version, and was able to log into Ticketmaster on that phone (that only worked with WiFi). So luckily I solved my own problem and was able to make the game. But overall my current phone is still blocked, Ticketmaster doesn’t care, and I almost wasted tons of money and almost ruined my son’s night. Terrible app, terrible customer service, terrible company. Way to not care about the customer Ticketmaster.

Wasted 45 minutes this morning fighting software that prohibits proper access and then holds cancelled tickets way too long

I am unable to buy different seating options in one transaction. Which is a rip Off!

Can’t get to Login

Noneyabiznuss on

App keeps stating I have cookies blocked, private browsing, etc. It’s an App- I don’t have any type of VPN on, but why does the app need access to my browser? When I initially got in, I couldn’t transfer tickets to My Wallet. This app is just not worth using

Crashes constantly

slaghammer on

Poor performance and persistent crashes.

Every SINGLE TIME

Ashyyyyyyb on

United States

Literally every time I try and log in, it tells me my password is incorrect. I’ll reset my password, then the next time I try and log in it will tell me the password I just made is wrong. Then sometimes, I’ll reset my password then it will immediately tell me that they “periodically make you update your password for security” which requires me to make another password :) I would literally rather pay seatgeek or stubhub fees than deal with this god forsaken app/website.

Awful

joshjc888 on

Just the most irritating, commercially bankrupt, price gouging, horrible UI, stupid unnecessary annoying password security, and they practically monopolize ticket sales. These are scum of the music industry
