App werkt niet meer
Sinds een week is het onmogelijk om nog deel te nemen aan de loterijen. De meldingen verschijnen, maar als je erop klikt kom je er niet in. Zeer frustrerend.

Poor user experience
The app cannot filter available tickets per date. You need to go trough each event, then through each ticket price category and show time, then at last select the preferred date in order to see if there any tickets left. Extremely annoying.
Good app, expensive service
App is easy to work with. Sometimes a bit laggy, but overall the better work. The service however, and the fees TicketSwap charges for them is excessive. I’ve used the platform before and fees were not this excessive as what I experienced the last few days. I bought a ticket that I later sold of after getting a VIP ticket. So I paid 11% commission pluse 3% “transaction costs” in total. Something that I can not recuperate in any way since TicketSwap only allows 5% price increase “to keep prices fair”. Those words only apply to users, not to TicketSwap. That’s what I think of it.
Normaal top app, nu waardeloos
Er is een bug waardoor na het aanklikken van een ticket-alert (melding), de app gewoon geopend wordt i.p.v. doorgestuurd te worden naar de menu waar je ziet of je al dan niet een ticket gewonnen hebt.
App werkt niet meer sinds versie 5.8.3
Sinds laatste update is het niet meer mogelijk om deel te nemen aan loterijen. De meldingen verschijnen nog wel, maar eens open geklikt volgt geen deelname aan de loterij.
Mobiele app
Account op mobiele app werkt meer niet dan wel.
Ça empire !
Et mtn l’application n’ouvre même plus le ticket quand on clique sur la notification ? Vous pourriez faire un effort !
Niemand thuis bij problemen
Indien er iets mis loopt, is er niemand bereikbaar en na 10 dagen krijg je een mail met, ik zie dat het probleem magisch verdwenen is, wat nergens op slaat.
Slechte klantenservice
Na het aankopen van een ticker voor een event ga ik naar dit event, waar de inkom aangeeft dat dit ticket al is gescand. Dit gebeurde bij meerdere mensen die hun ticket via ticketswap hadden gekocht. Een technisch foutje kan gebeuren maar hierna heb ik mijn geld niet teruggekregen en heb ik uiteindelijk een nieuw ticket moeten aankopen. De klantenservice nadien was ook niks waard.
Constant crashing
App crashes constantly when trying to access multi tickets options for a festival.
