As per title … very annoying

I will raise my 1 star review if you change the ability to be able to listen to songs from a search or playlist/song radio while another song is downloading. No other app has this issue and until that’s solved I won’t be switching over from Spotify. I read the reviews before I downloaded and started the free trial and this issue was raised 4 years ago in a review comment. Are you telling me that in 4 years your dev team have not been able to rectify this QUITE HUGE ISSUE for any person using the app. What a joke

Awesome UI and track/artist radio. Needs a better method of adding an album to a queue. There is a whole part of the internet complaining about this. Easy fix and so frustrating

Superior sound quality, brilliant music selection and such a wide selection of quality music. Love it!

Constant pop ups for review

I am a long-term Spotify user but am annoyed at all the 'other' stuff (podcasts, audio books, etc., etc.) that clutter up the app UI and then there's the price rises to cover stuff most users don't want. So I went searching for something better. I find Apple Music close to unusable! But I found TIDAL. I am on a 60 day trial at present but so far it's looking very good. I used the TIDAL transfer process to copy all my Spotify albums and playlists across to TIDAL and added the app to my Apple CarPlay settings. So, I'm really quite pleased EXCEPT for one really annoying issue. When the app starts it shows all these TIDAL suggestions. To get to your albums or playlists you have to select your profile (on the bottom of screen menu bar) and then select "Albums". REALLY ANNOYING!!! REALLY VERY ANNOYING!!! Your own Albums ought to be on the startup screen or as a minimum on the menu bar. The developers ought to think about how their users actually use their app. A better, more user friendly UI would make this app truely great. Regards, Peter

Sometimes I swear this platform plays music the nicest I’ve ever heard it. Just wish the search functions were better and you could collaborate w people thru shared playlists and more connectivity etc.

it’s really good and i kind that you pay your artists more. one suggestion:search and autocorrect could be a little better (also mix popularity and relevancy a little)

I have no idea why but the app constantly freezes on IPhone 15. When it does work it switches itself between quality formats on both Bluetooth (which it shouldn’t die to Bluetooth compression and wired with a pair of nuraphones. My next “shouldn’t be possible but I’ve tested it and it’s replicatable” is that if I open tidal on my phone while connected to my wife’s cars Bluetooth it’s hardlocks the car terminal. I can’t turn it off, change the volume or even turn the radio on. It’s so freaking weird. Last I have a pair of Nuraphones. I’m using them wired and I still can’t get it to let me select the quality manually. Canceled, don’t recommend.

There is this really big bug in the iPad (and maybe others) app. TIDAL caches tonnes of audio and video and for me used up almost 2 GB. I only had about 50 songs downloaded and it didn’t change if I deleted them. There is a fix, however, just reinstall the app (delete and install again) and the problem goes away until you have to do it again. I’m glad that TIDAL pays artists decently (compared to Spotify). Please fix this bug.
